Failed generations
You are never charged for an image you did not receive. If a run fails, times out, or is rejected by the model provider's content filter, the credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us for this.
Unused credits
We refund unused credits from a one-time pack within 14 days of purchase, provided the pack is substantially unused. Credits already spent on completed generations are not refundable — the compute has been paid for.
Subscriptions
Cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We refund the current period if you cancel within 14 days of the charge and have used only a small part of that period's credits.
How to request one
Contact us with the email address on the account and the approximate date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.
