Billing
Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, on the date you subscribed, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any local taxes your jurisdiction adds.
How plan credits work
Your plan's credits are added at the start of each billing period. On yearly plans, credits you do not use roll over into the next period. Credits bought separately in a one-time pack never expire, and we spend plan credits first so that the ones with an expiry date get used before the ones without.
Changing plans
Upgrading takes effect immediately and the new allowance is granted at once. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next period, so you keep what you already paid for.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which plan credits stop being granted. Any one-time credits you still hold remain usable.
