Using the service
You need to be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your account credentials to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
What you upload
You must hold the rights to every image you upload, including the right to have it edited. Do not upload material that is illegal, that depicts a real person in a sexual or defamatory way, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is intended to deceive — for example fabricated evidence or impersonation of a real person or organisation.
What you generate
You own the images you generate and may use them commercially. We claim no ownership over them. Model providers apply their own content filters, so some requests will be refused; when that happens we return the credits.
Credits and availability
Credits are consumed per generation at the rate shown before you run it. A run that fails on our side or is rejected by the provider is refunded automatically. We may change models and pricing, and we will not reduce the value of credits you have already bought.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that abuses the service — for example by evading the free-run limit, or by repeatedly submitting content that violates these terms.
